I-140 & the EB1-A Extraordinary Ability Petition | Requirements
The EB1-A is a subgroup of first preference employment-based immigration. This immigration preference category is for foreign nationals of extraordinary ability
in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics. This classification is for people who are recognized as being at the very top of their field. No Labor Certification is required and self-petition is allowed. The visa bulletin
indicates that this immigrant visa category is current
, making it an ideal process for foreign nationals from countries experiencing a visa backlog.
We proudly advertise a 99% green card approval for I-140 EB1-A Extraordinary Ability Petitions

The I-140 EB1-A Extraordinary Ability application process requires two items:
1) Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker (Required immigration filing fee, $700)
2) A physically filed petition and evidence that explains how the applicant meets the EB1-A Extraordinary Ability criterion standards.
The meanings of these criteria can be ambiguous and winning an EB1-A requires extensive documentation and excellent petition skills of the attorney.
I had a nice experience working with ILOHB on my EB1-A petition and would like to recommend their service. The most enjoyable part of my petition process was the interaction with the ILOH crew. I am impressed by their effectiveness, friendliness as well as their efforts on understanding my research field. I believe these assets are crucial for a strong petition preparation. The Dropbox sharing makes the whole process and interaction very efficient. I appreciate their professional help very much.
I would like to recommend without hesitation ILOHB for EB1-A assistance. I very much valued their response-to-query rapidity, the knowledge of how to process what paperwork and when, the friendliness of the staff, and the effort they put to minimize the stress associated with the process and the impact to my schedule. They will take care of you throughout the process and you will feel confident that your case is in good hands.
