Leila Parviz was born and raised in Iran and immigrated to the United States in 2010. After graduating law school with honors, and passing the California Bar Exam on her first attempt, she has been working extensively in the areas of family and immigration law. As an immigrant and child of divorce herself, she has made it her mission to help children navigating the legal system in the United States. Leila currently leads the Special Immigrant Juvenile Visa department which secures Green Cards for children who were abandoned or neglected by one or both of their parents. When she is not helping children with their immigration issues, Leila likes to explore new running trails, and travel with her family and friends.
